NHS England asks LMC to step-in to defend private practice over 'inadequate' CQC report

APMS is there to make money. They may put only one doctor to earn more and no wonder sometimes patients wait for 4-5 hours for an appointment in a walk in centres as is the case in our area. Do they still get paid when the patient leaves as a result of the long wait and inability to sit for that long? In their defence, however, one could say the whole system is clogged and the spill over form Practices may not be manageable and hence the mayhem and low CQC ratings.
