Outlook bleak as trainee applications hit new low

@10:10 Who would pay for all the expenses of starting a new practice up? As a new practice you wouldn't have much of a list. Meanwhile you have rent/staff costs to pay. Or are you suggesting NHSE fund all these costs upfront for the new practice? What if the practice fails? Who pays for that? I don't see how that's feasible to be honest. Newly qualified GPs might have the knowledge about being a doctor but that's very different from running a business which is essentially what GP partnerships do.
