International analysis highlights GPs' success in diagnosing diabetes

Not the highest paid per item ie £ 60 per patient year in NI [ list 2000 x 60 = £120000]. But 7 consultations [60% of workload] + 30 other contacts [ prescriptions, phone calls, letters, blood tests] per average patient year. Pay per consultation £60x60% / 7 = £5.14. Pay per other item £60x40% /30 = 0.80 per item. Each a potential pitfall of litigation, life, death. Buttons if you factor pay against workload.
