Austerity and what it means for practices


No clinician is unaware of financial pressures But increasing spending on pointless and expensive bureaucracy is hardly logical. Increasing demand and expectation is hardly logical. Cuts may come but they come with cuts to service and politicians ( including the NHSE weasels) are too gutless to say this.
