Austerity and what it means for practices


When co-payments come they must not be one size fits all, as NHSE will take the money into their own coffers. The payments must be set by the provider and the market, such that patients can chose their own balance of cost, convenience and access. Thus an aeroplane is just as safe in economy as it is in business class, yet the business class experience allows those in economy to fly for cheaper than they would otherwise. The alternative is Aeroflot.
