Austerity and what it means for practices


The NHS has too many bureaucrats running it. PA practising GP who was there when NHS started said five bureaucrats at onset of NHS ran init efficiently. This expanded bureaucratic head of NHS need salaries.Hence contributing to the black hole. Trim it and The black hole will like a slight depression
