GPs face increasing restrictions as NHS rations care to save money

Allow GPs to register with HMRC like plumbers and electricians if they have full registration with GMC and let them see patients privately, do home visits if they wish to, have independent agreements with insurance etc and see the scenario change. No bureaucratic meddling of CQCs etc. In most European countries this works smoothly but does UK have to always have some parasitic organization squeezing NHS professionals. Plumbers and electricians don't have that sort of pressure.
