Stressed GPs may finally get help as national support service

I am doing my appraisal prep during a week of annual leave - too busy to do it in 'normal time" - and have hit the buffers after reading Pulse this morning. Under PDP I want to write "try to silently sit through another year of excrement being tipped on me from on high without the need for SSRI's", but I am worried my appraiser might not take it in good heart. Any advice? I am 44. Off to walk the dog and mull whatever happened to my job. And a lunchtime pint I suspect. Might do the trick for the creative writing section.
