GPs paid £90 an hour to deliver seven-day services


£90 an hour for non-core hours is cheap. Not excessive. If you expect me to pay indemnity and pension out of that, you are joking. You need to pay me significantly more than a on-call plummer to work unsociable hours. Then I might do it. That's not too much to ask after 10 years of intensive training and £40k of debt.
