Prescribing paracetamol for osteoarthritis has no benefit, says study


Placebo effect is quite powerful though. A combination of one paracetamol and one ibuprofen 200mg works quite well. Meloxicam 15mg of with a ppi not bad. But I can see that soon we will be back prescribing diclofenac, coproxamol and glucosamine!
