General Practice is not attractive like before. The government keeps insulting Doctors with new rules and regulations without consulting them through their UNION or BMA for example, and when they do they don't listen to BMA but to their Ego. The government appointed a barrister following Shipman Incident and she came with this appraisal and revalidation. What a west of time and a threat to lots of young doctors who were put off medicine altogether. In any profession security is No 1 and if a doctor thinks for once that his living might be threatened in any way in future then he will sways away from that profession. Only gamblers then go.
