Revealed: full scale of Capita’s support service shortfall

There are simple things they can't/won't do. Such as answer an email to PCSE (Primary Care Support England - an Orwellian title indeed). For instance, I have been managing my practice since January as well as being a clinician. My Open Exeter access stopped - none of the 3 PCSE offices would accept they were responsible as apparently Swindon does not fall within any of the three of them for responsibility. So I cannot look at the payments coming into the practice and check them - or so anything else on Open Exeter. It really is not funny. Our local NHS E office, staffed at least in part by people we have known and trusted for years, is trying to hold them to account monthly but having little apparent success. How long will it be before Capita just walk away from the contract???
