RCGP says GPs’ place is in their practices, not A&E

As usual, the answer lies somewhere in the middle. I work in A&E one session per week. I work 8 sessions in GP. I don't want to work any more sessions in GP. The status quo therefore means that the system gets 12.5% extra 'me' capacity available to it if it chooses to pay for it.
