Almost half of GPs continue to support mass resignations despite rescue efforts

Nobody should be doing this job full time any more. You will exaggerate what you can cope with so you should be doing slightly less than what feels manageable. There is no end to the toxicity of working for the NHS so you should be maximizing your skills and opportunities outside. This is exactly what the registrars currently coming off the production line are doing and they are very bright buttons who won't stand for this abuse.
