Coroner orders NHS to overhaul GP asthma care after child's death

It will be always thus. It is actually, truly our own fault. We have done 80 hour weekends without sleep, see upto 70 patients in one day, but we cannot make any mistakes. So, WE need to define safety in numbers seen and hours worked. There is no other way. Otherwise, WE will always carry the blame for poor care in an imperfect world where we doctors do far, far too much.
