Getting to grips with general practice through social media

Social 'meeja' is anathema to me. My wife likes to use it to keep in contact with her extended family. I have no use for it. On the other hand what, I think, Heather is saying is that sharing cases is mutually beneficial. A fact known, again for millennia. Carbon based group meetings or virtual groups, the feedback of one's colleagues is immensely helpful. The good thing about physicality is that it limits exposure. Twitter and Facebook et al are prone to mass exposure and subsequent appearance before the beak (aka GMC). I doubt whether any of this will change the entrenched social media presence of the millennials. But it should make them pause. COI Old :-)
