Majority of GP practices willing to close lists to new patients to 'focus on safe care'

The BMA needs to out-fox the DOH by proposing a costed alternative to make General Practice sustainable. This can include co-payment and corporate partnerships. List closure comes across as negative and punitive to the public. "Our" govt is so paralysed by its failure to be coherent on Brexit that I think they would be grateful for one less problem. The proposed list closure step is pathetic.
