GPs 'can't abandon their contracts with the NHS', says Hunt


the health secretary said practices' 'contract with the state' was their principal source of income, so they have a responsibility to look after NHS patients. WHAT IF, WITH CURRENT FUNDING AS IT HAS BEEN FOR A DECADE, AND IS LIKELY TO REMAIN... THAT IT WERE NO LONGER A GPs PRINCIPAL SOURCE OF INCOME?
