GP leaders fly out to tempt medical students studying in Bulgaria back to UK

Students go to Bulgaria usually because they haven't been able to secure a medical place in the UK and especially because the fees and living costs are negligible and the course is run in English. Would have thought they would come back to the UK anyway. The problem is that UK general practice is just unrewarding. Why cant the powers that be just grasp this. Remove the constant threats, uncertainty and bureaucratic dross post 2000 and it will all be hunky dory again.
