How can it be right to hit us with a £265k bill for premises costs?

NHS Propco is trying this on all over the place. We are part of a group action coordinated by our LMC against arbitrary x6 increase in rent and undetailed 'charges' (all our opinions on current law seem clearly in our favour as poster above says). It appears this may be part of a pre-sell off of buildings to maximise price. It means we have to set aside the money as a contingency for all outcomes.
