GPs overlooked as Government finds hundreds of millions to bail out hospitals

This is gobbledegook, Mr Hammond. How much money is going to find its way to my local hospitals and front line services in the community, and what's going to be done with it? "Efficiency programmes" sounds sinister; it would have been good to hear something relevant and comprehensible like, "More clinicians, more hospital beds, and more support to look after sick people in their homes."
