How ‘care navigators’ freed up nearly 2,000 GP appointments


It's something we've been doing for years. It's how we survive! 'First touch to right service'. That said if this is to be rolled out more widely front line clinicians need to shape it. No one wants a 111 result, clumsily forwarding too high % to the GP 'just in case'.
