GPs asked to help boost poor bowel cancer screening rates


Yep--we were put in special measures. One reason is that our bowel screening rates were 2% below the national average. Yes 2% not 20%! We now have the highest rate in the CCG. This involved a huge cost in writing, phoning and texting all the non responders. What the CQC want they get.
