RCGP vice-chair asks for 'preferential' GP investment

Nobody is listening. We are screwed and have been for quite some time. I quit a month ago. In the middle of it all you feel like you are in a war zone that surly everyone must be aware of...all the patients in the waiting room reinforce what seems obvious. But I can tell you just 4 weeks out it’s remarkable to observe how little anybody out here really cares. Aside from the odd news item, and unless your actively seeking out the latest in publications like PULSE, it really isn’t a major issue other than a chronic background thing, like bankers pay, unreliable trains, bad education, sugar in our food and potholes in the road..and of cause Brexit. We are just one of a whole heap of general societal worries. Do your selves a favour, get out if you can. The world is a beautiful place, you only have one life, look after yourself and don’t waste it fighting battles that have already been lost. Nobody cares about the welfare of Drs in this country...stop kidding yourself anyone is listening
