Patients face long waits as one in seven trusts fails to resume elective care

We have record number of doctors, staff, nurses, managers, spin, money all thrown in NHS than ever before. We have the longest serving health secretary for continuation in care. We have CQC, GMC , safety of patients is at its best, management of the country is impeccable yet such headlines are a bit baffling ! May be just may be the solution might be a 25% reduction in consultant and all support staff pay ...of course only for the failing trusts could be an answer ! Public sure deserves better.....
