Protection for reflection: how to rebuild confidence in a learning culture


it suggests we are the only individuals in the UK who have to confess to a perceived error knowing that the error can be used against us. at least in the middle ages you could deny you were involved in witchcraft - you were still bumped off though! but in 2018 we don't have a choice - we must confess and be crucified! with increasing workload / demand / risk how many of us are going to be in jeopardy ? so saying we MUST reflect seems very unfair?
