Diabetes prevention programme sees patients lose an average of 3.3 kgs


Surely the volume/area of Visceral Fat is the elephant in the room. If this is over say 200 sq cm then the CVS and metabolic diseases risk rises sharply, and more effort should be addressed to involving those patients in the scheme + added motivation from DXA body composition print-out.
