GPs told to review 27,000 patients on valproate 'within months'

The lord is not concerned with the fact that initiation of valproate is essentially from secondary care. He's behaving like the Consultant who rejects your referral without reading it - sent one recently to a Neurologist as the Dementia Clinic had suggested a neurology review. Got a response - We don't have a Dementia clinic - refer to London. O lord, do we have a problem - with who should look at valproate and who is demented in glorious NHS.
