THE UPLIFT WILL BE 10% FOR SALARIED GPs BUT FUNDED BY PARTNERS WHO WILL THEN TAKE ANOTHER 10% DROP. HOWEVER PARTNERS WILL RECIEVE A 0.2% UPLIFT IF THEY CAN REDUCE A/E ADMISSIONS BY 50% IN 3 MONTHS.
