Retired GP cleared of attempt to hire hitman to kill pensions adviser

In failing to act appropriately on the emails, (even just to phone and speak to the poor doctor), the financial adviser neglected his moral and professional obligations to alert mental health professionals and protect the life of a severely depressed, maybe suicidal, man. Brown shipley should have been in the dock for gross rank negligence in their failure to support him. He was depressed and suicidal - in any other patient excuse to do or say anything! but not a retired mentally ill doctor?? Even the CPS and court should have seen who was hte real patient here! and yet they failed to get him help too.
