GP quality of care declined after QOF incentives were removed, study claims

We dont want medicine to become a tick box affair and we dont want it to be a points mean prizes and we dont want to lose patient trust of chasing targets and money when we should be focusing on the patient but... it would be good if there was a well made agreed set of national templates reminding us of what we should be checking and recording for people with certain conditions.. it would be good if patients could have a copy of such templates and could take shared care for the completion of checks dream on??
