CQC: GP practices 'improve patient safety' despite 'increasingly stretched' workforce

I cannot argue with the CQC;patient safety has improved since the "Warning- Very Hot Water" sign was a-fixed to the wall by the sink. Not a single burn has been sustained by a patient. Ccome to think of it-no patients got burned before the sign went up.Hence patient safety, in CQC-speak has "maintained its high standard").
