Pulse 2018 review: The rise of digital GP services


If you make patients answer screening questions before they are seen then lots get sent to a and e. If they do the traditional GP route they end up in the urgent clinic, and rather than “being sent to a and e” they force the GP to spend 45 minutes trying to refer them before being told “were full send them to a and e”. Everything is working against traditional general practice and were complete mugs being led by donkeys
