5,000 GPs need to be trained each year to meet workforce targets, says RCGP


If they get what they want be assured the first thing they would do is cut your pay and increase your working hours. This is proven from history in the times of plenty in the NHS when evry job advert attracted sacks of applicants. I prefer a workforce shortage as it increases opportunities and keeps you valued.
