Local banks of GPs working 'flexibly' to be set up across England


Taking control of the GP locum workforce to end the ability for anyone to work for themselves. GPs can employ who they wish and GPs cant set prices - I wonder what the legal position would be of bank staff as clearly they would need an employer - there would need then to be a sub-contracting arrnagement with each practice to the main employer to supply a service. No doubt they would be on zero hours contracts too.
