The Department of Health is responsible for out-of-hours care, not GPs


"Curmudgeonly old patients" are the GPs' core customers. They deserve respeck. I thought the modern NHS was supposed to be "patient centric." Not in the comment columns of PULSE. Funny that, because none of the doctors in my GP practice take these contemptuous attitude to me or their other aged patients.
