Shame on our negotiators

The issue is not about money. The main issue that triggered the threat of mass resignation was a difficult work environment caused by long hospital waiting lists rising patient demands with no control on abuse of services.

The GPC and Department of Health have been at it for 18 months yet produced a contract they have had to rejig to save their own skins! Political arrogance and incompetence are deadly devils destroying GP morale.

Shame on our negotiators they ought to resign.
