Single vaccine use fuels distrust of MMR

The problem with the lack of MMR uptake will not go away until people in our own profession stop believing in 'junk science'. As long as there are charlatans profiting from parents' fears and offering single vaccines at huge profits, all in the name of 'choice', there will be an epidemic of measles resulting in hundreds of children dying and many more suffering from sequelae for years.

Any doctor who offers single vaccines in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary should be disciplined by the GMC. It is also not unreasonable to ban the use of single vaccines.
