Stop this insane spend on Darzi centres

This insane profligacy must be stopped ('Darzi centre funding dwarfs GMS cash', www.pulsetoday.co.uk/news).

What really works well is an extended hours GP service including Saturday mornings until 11.30 backed up by a GP-led-and-run out-of-hours co-operative. The whole lot costs less than £120 per annum per patient for a 24-hour 365-days-a-year service. If it works, don't mend it!
