Talk of clinical engagement is just hot air

New Labour has been a disaster in its running of the NHS in general and primary care in particular, and relations are worsening again.

There is a real feeling of us versus them and for all the talk of 'clinical engagement' most doctors are less involved than ever in service redesign.

The current NHS reforms are just wrong. History will remember the past 10 years of the health service as the lost decade.
