With 150 polyclinics to be built - one in every PCT - that's quite a lot for us to keep a track of.

Which is where we hope you can help us.

Tell us what your PCT is doing on polyclinics. What are the plans? Is it proceeding sensibly or stupidly? What is the reaction among local GPs and patients?

Post the details in the comment box below (if you've not already registered with the site, you'll need to do so), indicating whether you're happy for us to publish your comments or you'd prefer to be anonymous, and we'll add them to the database.

That way we can highlight the problems being posed, and also where good work is being done in consulting GPs and patients.
