This assault on continuity of care must stop

I couldn't agree more with the comments made by Professor Gordon Moore ('US professor urges UK not to abandon continuity of care').

I can't understand why the Government is working so hard to break up our traditional, world-renowned general practice. It may be too late by the time politicians, managers and doctors realise what they have lost.
