Wake me up if Choose & Book works

Despite three visits from Choose and Book personnel, installation and reinstallation of software, replacement of keyboards with poorly functioning keyboards, returning to the old keyboards, installation of smart-card readers et al, I get: 'No certificate was found to perform authentication.'
I have not lost sleep worrying about this and I await a functioning system with anticipation sometime in 2007 (or will we have moved on by then?).
