What are my rights if I don't buy into my practice's premises?
I am a GP partner part time and the other partners own the premises. If I decide not to buy in what are my rights, i.e. do I have to pay rent and in terms of maintenance of the property what are my liabilities? Also if anything happens to the property that is not covered by insurance, such as a natural disaster, what are my liabilities?
