What private services can we offer to our patients from our premises?

There are a number of services which our patients ask to be provided by the practice but for which no funding is available under the NHS. We are keen to offer as wide a range of services as possible and would like to offer services privately to our NHS patients outside the hours of our contract – i.e. before 8am and after 6.30pm. We own the practice premises and intend to use the surgery to provide extra services. We would like to extend provision of these services to patients registered with other practices. Can you advise the best way of doing this?
