What would patients really choose?

Please pass on my support for Dr Wolfson who has clearly been caught up in a maelstrom of over-reaction (News, 5 July). There for the grace of God go I, and most GPs I suspect. No censure for those whose parenting skills have led to a three-year-old having the confidence to kick an adult in the groin in the knowledge that her actions would be defended rather than punished of course.
