At the heart of general practice since 1960

Who wants a Starbucks experience?

The Government has got it all wrong ('Darzi: patients should be offered a Starbucks experience').

At Starbucks you get an anonymous experience, served by a different person each time. I prefer a good coffee from an independent coffee shop, served by a familiar face. This is how general practice should be.
