Apply for funding to employ a pharmacist in your practice

NHS England has announced it will be investing £15m to recruit clinical pharmacists to GP practices. Practices can apply to take part in the pilots - the deadline is 17 September 2015.

    the devil - as always is in the DETAIL of tis new 'funding'. It is invisitng 'groups' of GPs to employ a team of pharmacists

    WHY can there not be flexibility to allow forward thinking GPs to employ one pharmacist to help in their own practice - and support this model - which is already in use successfully - albeit on a limited scale at present
