Proving your practice complies with CQC safeguarding requirements

Londonwide LMCs reviewed twenty CQC inspection reports on London practices that had received either an ‘Inadequate’ or a ‘Requires Improvement’ rating from the CQC. The most common themes highlighted in these reports have been mapped them against each of the five key lines of enquiry the CQC uses to assess practices during inspection.
