  • Clearly NHS England should get a grip and stream line the summaries with important information. This has to be quick and has to happen before some thing important is missed

  • It is worse than NHS Direct with no Dr in charge or contactable they just refer back to same GP wasting further time . Don't most conditions show themselves gradually???

  • Absolutely useless.

  • I think that the Pathways designer has tried to get the software right in terms of the resulting disposition (though risk averse of course given it is lay triage) . However the resulting report to GPs has not been thought through. As a previous responder says, NHSD took years to get their reports to be anything like understandable so suspect the same with Pathways.

  • Confusing and at the end - waste of time

  • back to the drawing board ...

i now know why it was called NHS 111 as a single encounter with 111 will lead to 1 referral to the GP, 1 referral to OOH GP, and 1 referral to a&e SHOs....

  • A service I would never use and feel it is an abuse of my privacy to allow these ???? to have access to any information about me.

Patient consent / choice is being eroded and you can die wasting time answering stupid questions when it is quite obvious that someone is very seriously ill!
